Arrival and Departure
We open at 8.30am for arrival no later than 9.15am. Collection is between 4.00pm and 4.30pm that day.

When you arrive, follow the arrows to the check in area and look for the correct table/zone for your child(ren). This is indicated by the coloured table runners and signage – Yellow (4-5yrs), Red (6-7yrs) and Blue (8-12yrs).

Our friendly team on the desk will check your child in, ensure you have completed or reviewed your Child Information, check that your child(ren) have what they need and help with any questions you may have. Once checked in they will receive a name sticker, be told where to leave their bags and get straight into a fun activity.

Anyone who may need to collect your child(ren) must be added to the authorised adults section of your post booking questions. If the person collecting is not recognised but on the list of authorised adults then they will be asked for photographic ID before your child will be checked out.

What to wear & bring to camp

We recommend that all children wear named practical clothing and not their favourite brand new clothes. Suitable comfortable footwear such as trainers are also recommended please refrain from any flip-flops, sandals and heelies as they can create health and safety issues.

We recommend that all children on our Yellow programme (4 & 5 year olds) bring a spare set of clothes.
