Paying with Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare
Bushy Park Activity Camp accepts childcare vouchers as full or part payment for bookings. Above, you’ll find our account numbers for EdenRed, Back Up Care/Bright Horizons, Computershare, Care 4 and the GOV Scheme - Childcare Choices. If your provider isn’t listed, please email us at info@bushyparkactivitycamp.co.uk for assistance.
How to Make a Payment - EdenRed/Gov Scheme
To pay using childcare vouchers or the government Tax-Free Childcare scheme, follow these steps:

Locate Our Account Number – For example, if using EdenRed, our carer account number is P21364463. If you are using Government tax free childcare it is 2828028.

Log into Your Provider’s Portal – Enter our account number to find Bushy Park Activity Camp.

Send Payment – Transfer the amount you wish to pay and include your child’s name or booking reference as the payment reference.

Notify Us – Once payment is made, please email confirmation, including the booking number to info@bushyparkactivitycamp.co.uk

We will then locate the booking and send you an email which asks for your child's (-ren's) details. You will then receive a confirmation email from us which confirms that we have received these and have added them to our register.
You can use childcare vouchers or the Tax-Free Childcare scheme to cover up to 100% of your booking.
Payment Deadlines​
Full payment must be received before your child’s first day at camp.
